Bulk delivery of GH4169 superalloy wire to aircraft engine manufacturers
On 2026-6-15, Jiangsu High-Entropy Alloy successfully delivered the first batch of 5 tons of GH4169 high-temperature alloy precision wire, which will be used to manufacture turbine disks for a specific aircraft engine model.
GH4169 is a precipitation-hardening nickel-based superalloy featuring high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and superior low-temperature performance. The delivered wire rod has undergone rigorous chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, and ultrasonic flaw detection; all parameters meet the AMS 5662 specification requirements.
Jiangsu High-Entropy Alloy utilizes a dual-process smelting method combining Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) and Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR), ensuring high purity and uniform microstructure. Precision wire drawing guarantees a diameter tolerance of ±0.01mm, meeting customers' requirements for precision machining.
This batch delivery marks a new milestone for Jiangsu HEA in the manufacturing of aerospace-grade high-temperature alloy wires. The company will continue to provide high-quality specialty alloy materials for the aerospace industry.
