Company's newly acquired CNC precision wire drawing production line officially launched.

On 2026 3 8, Jiangsu High-Entropy Alloy officially launched its newly imported CNC precision wire drawing production line. Equipped with German machinery, online diameter measurement systems, and an automatic tension control system, the line enables stable mass production of ultra-fine wires with a diameter of Φ0.05mm, achieving a wire diameter accuracy of ±0.005mm.

Key technical advantages of the new production line include: 1) Multi-pass continuous drawing with high automation to minimize human error; 2) Online diameter detection for real-time feedback and adjustment, ensuring dimensional accuracy; 3) Constant tension control to prevent surface scratches and internal stress concentration in the wire; 4) Intelligent take-up system for neat winding, facilitating downstream processing.

The commissioning of this production line will significantly enhance Jiangsu HEA's capacity in precision alloy wire, particularly meeting the demand for ultra-fine wires from industries such as semiconductor equipment, medical devices, and precision instruments. The company plans to achieve a monthly output of 50 tons of precision wire via the new line within the next year.
